SADGRL.ONLINE pretty much inspired me to make a neocities, plus has a ton of handy links that helped me learn HTML, CSS, and JS. very nice layouts (and a layout builder!) and other goodies.

RAREBIT is a free, open-source webcomic template that i used to make EIDKIK, and i plan on using for my future webcomic!

ZONELETS - blog template! comes with free themes, but is also fully customizable if you know enough CSS.

MF2FM has a bunch of copy-paste JS fx!

DYNAMICDRIVE is full of JS stuff like calendars, menus, image fx and more! used this for my dropdown menus.
