COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms.
If you are not comfortable with my TOS and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
If I’m uncomfortable with or think I can't adequately complete a commission, I won't take it or will refund it.
DO NOT use my art for NFTs, AI-generated shit or anything related to them.
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
Violating the TOS will get you blocked and/or blacklisted. Sorry!
Being rude will get you blocked and/or blacklisted.
TOS is subject to change (date up top is the last time i’ve made any changes).

You are free to post the watermarked artwork anywhere you please!
I watermark my work, but will send you a full PNG of the unwatermarked work!
I post most finished pieces to public galleries & portfolios, usually with an @ to your profile- if you don’t want yours posted, let me know!
this may increase the price depending on the piece!
Do not claim my work as your own or upload it to your own galleries/portfolios.
Do not trace over the artwork or use it as a base.
No commercial use allowed (This includes uploading them to sites like RedBubble & similar)- these commissions are for personal use only.
Editing your commissions is A-OK! (Icons/backgrounds/etc.)
In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design. See my full adopt TOS here
I try to keep files as long as I can, but it’s best to keep them saved yourself.

To request a commission, use the ORDER FORM tab above. There are links to KO-FI, ARTISTREE, VGEN, COMMISS.IO, or you can use the embedded order form on the website!
I try to check messages as quickly as possible- it may take me a couple days to get to your initial request!
I have many different art styles! If you want your piece to look a certain way, please let me know!

Payment is done 100% up front- I will not start until the payment is received
payment plans can be discussed! However, you will not receive any WIPs until the full payment is received.
Payment is in USD and done through either ko-fi, Stripe, or paypal invoices.
DO NOT send any payments until the invoice goes through!
I do NOT accept crypto for payment. I will decline/refund the commission.

Commissions can be canceled before I start for a full refund.
Once work starts, I can refund between 25%-75% based on how far along the piece is.
If I cancel a commission, I will refund 100%.
I will not refund you for finished work.
If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund said deposit if you back out of the payment plan.

If there is a deadline for your commission, let me know before payment. If I can’t do it, I will not take the commission.
Animation commissions tend to take longer- I will send WIPs as often as I can, but they can take up to 3 months.
I can provide WIPs and updates on request, but will not be rushed.
I work on several commissions at a time- to see the progress on yours, check out my Trello.
I will notify you if there are any delays or if the commission is put on hold for any reason.

I will send sketches and/or thumbnails before starting the commission- once agreed upon, the pose & other major details cannot be changed.
I provide frequent WIPs! They will be sent as watermarked PNGs. I can also send them as requested at any time.
Anything can be changed in the earlier stages- once coloring is started, any changes will cost a fee.
This does not apply to sketch commissions!
If a mistake was not corrected before the piece is completed, I will not correct it without a fee.
If the mistake is my fault, I will correct it at no cost!
